Stress Management Workshops
In a world of constant change we are continuously required
to update, adapt and fit in. My 'Living Well'
Stress Management Seminars offer participants
the opportunity to develop new solutions to fit their individual
needs for more elegant change management to re-assess their
work-life balance. The one-day seminars are designed for busy
people who need useful, easily applicable reminders of how
to make their lives more satisfying.
The seminars are limited to a maximum of 16 participants,
so that there is adequate time for clients to reacquaint themselves
with their own potential and have some fun learning new strategies.
By the end of the day you will have a precise idea of how
stress affects your body and mind and will have at your disposal
a choice of techniques to help you respond more elegantly
and appropriately to change.
As part of the seminars, perticipants receive a copy of my
'Living Well' CD to help continue the programme at home.
