Coaching
Coaching is a more targeted way of therapeutic enquiry. Instead of a general look at the situation the client finds herself in, we aim to set specific goals, often targets for professional achievement or life stages.
I have had 10 y experience in Business life which helps in this endeavour, as I can easily understand the issues presented. I feel that my wider understanding of psychological functioning also adds value my knowledge of NLP, EFT and other techniques facilitate this process and will help.
It is important however to always see the whole person- they are so much more than the one aspect that often gets shown initially. If we don't appreciate and honour a person's wholeness we may easily miss the point of their enquiry.
If we truly respect them and try to understand all of their personality and circumstances we can contribute to their well-being and enhance their lives. If they want enhancement of their work/life balance or better Time- Management- coaching would facilitate that progress .
